Looking for a fun and uplifting exercise program to get your week off to a great start?  Join us for a healthy journey to enhance your mind and body through traditional Yang Style Taiji (Tai Chi) and Qigong classes.

Come as you are - no experience is needed for this introductory course. This class is custom designed by Master Ling for beginners regardless of age or fitness level.  No uniforms, no testing, no pressure... just enjoy the movement and feel the energy!

Weekly classes:  Mondays 10 - 11 am 

7 week package is only $99 or drop in for $15 per class
